Description
The series of equipment consist of PLC procedure, frequency conversion speed-regulation control, pneumatic control, cantilever cabling twist motion, bobbin capstan take-up motion and reciprocating traverse motion are dual controlled by mechanical linkage and pneumatic linkage,so, the excellent synchronous performance of the unit from starting. Normal opeartion,slow stop and emergency stop status, in addition,the stable twist pitch is also ensure with small errorsat the same time.
This equipment is suitable for high-speed core wire take-up. The automatic wire arrangement on the polished rod does not require a motor drive. The dual-axis design provides ample space for reel changes, reducing the time required.
The box-type design saves space and is easy to install and transport. It bundles wire into coils, providing flexibility and versatility. The take-up reel utilizes a detachable flange connection, allowing for replacement of the take-up reel core and installation of a bundling device, making it a dual-purpose machine. The take-up machine's wire spacing and width are adjustable, and the wire arrangement speed is linked to the take-up reel speed for smooth wire arrangement. Ample operating space is provided between the take-up spindles, allowing for easy reel changes when the take-up reel is full, ensuring continuous operation.
